10. Two turkey dinners on the same day. So much food and lots of family. :)

9. Kaden was coughing and wheezing and I said "whats wrong?" Kaden says "I'm allergic to turkey."

8. Kinley "nobody will play with me."
Mom "Konnor will play with you."
Kinley "Mom, its a human game, not a baby game."

7. Black Friday deals. I don't so much enjoy the waking up at 4:00 am but Jordon and I go together and have lots of fun.

6. Jordon and I got to go on a date with our best friends Chad and Caskie. We went to see four Christmases....so funny!

5. Kadens birthday party. We had a spiderman party and Kaden loved it. We had a pinata and a bbq. He got so many cool boy toys.

4. Konnor is on the move. He is fast at scooting and getting the crawl down.

3 Kaden got his haircut and I said "Kaden I like your haircut, you look handsome."
Kaden "Ya, I don't want to be a glir (this is how he says girl) with long hair."

2. Jordons christmas party at work. Dr. Bowman gives everybody and envelope with some money and they have 3 hours to spend it on themselves. Jordon got lots of cool stuff, and we had fun shopping.

1. Kinley had her dance recital. I told her she was the most beautiful fairy I have ever seen and she says "Mom, we are ALL the most beautiful."

Happy birthday to you! I am a little late on this post since my sisters birthday was on the 19th, but happy birthday to the most amazing mother, sister and friend. What would I do without our long venting phone calls? This mother of six never sits down and never complains, never procrastinates and is always willing to help. She is an amazing example of all that is right and good. I love you and hope you know how much you are appreciated. Happy Birthday!

This is the BEST apple juice. Jordon doesn't even like apple juice and he keeps drinking it. It is kind of like a treat, plus I think it would make excellent apple cider. This is so good, I won't share with the kids:)

Happy Birthday Snugglebum!

Can you believe today is Kadens 3rd birthday! My how the time has flown by. Was San Fran really that long ago? Paying $5 to park everytime I had to go to the doctor, walking miles up and down hill to the doctors office when the parking garage was full, pulling over to throw up after taking Jordon to school in the morning, walking the mall and eating pineapple so I could go into labor while my mom and sister were visiting, throwing up during labor and delivery!

Kaden was the fussiest baby! On numerous occasions we weren't sure what we had gotten ourselves into! Then he got exzema and then we found out he was allergic to eggs and peanuts, then he got asthma. What a joy! He is getting so big and so old. He is not baby Kaden anymore!

He loves all things boy..spiderman, batman, baseball, football, pirates, cowboys, guns, swords and nothing girl. (excpet barbie movies, but he says its because he likes the bad guys) :)

Kaden is full of personality. He loves chicken nuggets, candy and cereal. Thats about it. He is the pickiest eater I have ever known. He loves to copy his sister.. you should see him sing "get your head the game" from HSM! He is a fantastic dancer, with the best air guitar! He likes dads....even if he has never met you and you look like you could be a dad, prepare to get punched, because he will come right up and hit ya! He HATES the bath, and I mean hates it!

Top ten for October

10. Halloween... princesses, fifties girl, buzz lightyear, robin, cowboy, pirate and a lion. So many things to be, not enough Halloween parties. :)

9. Kinley " Mom, can you hook up the Wii?"
Mom "I don't know how."
Kinley "It's easy mom, you just need to find the hooker."

8. Konnor got two teeth.

7. Jordon and I went to Laughlin with Chade and Melese and had a great time.

6. Kaden "I don't like hot dogs."
Kinley " Kaden doesn't like anything, not even broccoli."
Jordon" I like broccoli. It's one of my favorite vegetables."
Kinley " Chicken, chocolate milk and broccoli are my favorite vegetables."

5. Kaden "Mom, this toy is not working."
Mom "I'm sorry, that stinks."
Kaden "That was me."(Only a boy would want to be the one who made a stink, even when he didn't.)

4. Mom "Kinley, will you pick up that toy."
Kinley " I am too tired. No wait, I am too busy."

3. "What kind of birthday cake do you want?"
Kaden "Spiderman, batman and robin.. NOT mickey mouse."

2. The bradshaw family weekend, the lake, the party, the service project, and family pictures.

1. Kaden woke up at 5 am crying and when Jordon went to find out what was wrong, Kaden said "I want to go to Dr. Bowmans house and eat donuts." (Dr. Bowmans house is Jordons office and they always have donuts.)

Bradshaw Family Weekend

This post is going to be starting at the end of the weekend, because the pictures downloaded backwards.


We had family pictures.. Catherine Taylor did a great job with such a big group.

While Catherine was taking individual family pictures, we took some of our own.

We had a birthday party for these two. They both turned 60! We had a good party with all of our family and their siblings. We had a movie playing outside for the little kids and a movie we made for Mom and Dad going inside.

This is how Lucy fell asleep on the way home from the lake. We were all worn out and still had to get ready for the family pictures.

Jordon and Kaden on the "seahorse" which is what Kaden called it. I wish I would have taken more pictures. Kinley went on the big tube, and Jordon got up on the wakeboard.

We went to the park, and except for the bees, we had a great time.

Sarah and I took the kids to the museum while others went to the fair. Zach and Jordon were not there yet, and we did not want to attempt the fair without them.

Sarah stayed the night at our house one her way down from Utah. For FHE we painted Halloween masks and had Halloween cookies.

Fall Break!

During Jordon's week off we tried to go somewhere new with the kids every day. We went to the pumkin patch in Chino Valley. I have to admit I was a little disappointed. We just picked out some pumkins and left. It was really windy and Kaden did not like it.

This is Lynx Lake (I think). It was really beautiful. We ate lunch, walked around the lake, and the kids played on the playground. The weather was perfect!

We also went to Fain Park. We didn't really know what to expect and we should have worn hiking shoes, but it was fun and we will go back prepared next time.

Halloween!

We carved pumpkins on Halloween and Kaden wanted the pirate crossbones. The pictures didn't turn out very well. Kinleys was a cat and looked really cool.

The Monday before for FHE we carved faces. Kinley wanted a silly face and Kaden wanted a mean face. Go figure!

On Halloween we went to "Trick or Treat Street." It is an old street in downtown Prescott with nice old homes that go all out. The police close off the street and everything. We got there at 4 to beat the crowds and it was a good thing we did, by 5 there was a long line of trick-or-treaters at every door. P.S. After explaining to Kaden about 50 times that he was a lion and not a tiger he got called a Tiger and Tigger.... ummm he is a LION! These people are confusing my poor boy!

We went to a party at a friend's house and the kids dresseed up. They looked cute! To Infinity and Beyond!

Laughlin

Jordons office closed for fall break, so we went with Chade and Melese to Laughlin. We had a lot of fun. Staying up late and sleeping all day, just like the old days :)

I just received a present from Kinley. It was a cut out heart with a note that said "GJOB HRT"(Good Job Heart, meaning she did a good job cutting out the heart.)What a smart girl!

Yavapai County Fair

Jordons little brother Chade was singing in a competition at the Yavapai County Fair so we took the kids and had a fun day. They loved the rides and the animals.





Yep, thats Kaden plugging his nose. It smelled pretty bad in there.

Top Ten for September

10. While in the bath Kinley says "Mom, I want to be a boy, they don't have to use 2 shampoos."

9. Kaden has a new response when he doesn't want to eat something. Example: "I don't like peaches, they have eggs." "I don't like broccoli, make me sick, it has eggs."

8. Kinley: "Mom, that would be funny, if it was raining and we couldn't see, and we crashed into a tree."
Mom: "That would not be funny, it would be sad."
Kinley: "Why, because it's Jesus' tree?"
(My thought, I am not really worried about the tree)

7. Konnor gives the best baby kisses.

6. Kaden's exzema was flared up and he was crying and the following conversation went like this. Kaden:" My leg hurts, I need some medicine."
Mom: " OK here is some benadryl." about 2 minutes later.... Kaden:"Mom, my leg hurts again, I need more medicine." Mom: "Ok son, here is some more medicine." (which was actually gatorade.) Kaden:"My leg not hurt anymore." That stuff is magic I tell ya.

5. On the way home from preschool Kinleys friend Andrew was saying how his dad got an owie. Kinley replies "I got an owie and a Josh and a baby Ryker." owie=Allie.

4. Caskie came to visit. Well, she really came to get her tooth fixed but brought the kids and stayed the night to make the best of the situation. The kids had fun playing with Camden, Kaja and Ryker. Now every little boy between the ages of 2-5 is named Camden just like every older boy is named Darin.

3. Kaden: "Kinley, come see this huge spider I found."
Kinley: "I don't want to see the freakin spider."

2. Jordon got to go camp ans ride quads at the Flagstaff Cinders with "the boys" for his Dad's birthday and then the next weekend went to Rage in the Cage....also with "the boys."

1. I went with my mom and sisters to watch Mamma Mia and then lunch for my moms birthday.
