Top Ten for May

The month of May brought some big changes for us. We are excited to see what the future holds, but for now enjoy the top ten things heard or seen in the Green family.

10. In joy school we talked about our last names. Most of the kids did not know what their last name was, a few did, but the majority did not. I was telling Jordon that Kinley did not know her last name. (She usually says Purple because she doesn't like Green) So Jordon turns off the radio and says "Kinley what is your last name?" Kinley says "Kinley Bevans" (Bevans is her best friend Taelers last name)

9. Konnor smiled and we go to see his sweet little dimple. ( I am still trying to get a picture of it)

8. While driving to pick Jordon up from school, Kaden says "I don't like Daddy" I say " Why don't you like Daddy? He likes you." Kaden says "Daddy no like me, I taste yucky."

7. Grandma "Kinley are you so excited to be in Arizona?"
Kinley " Yep, I am going to stay forever, 5 weeks."

6. Almost every morning when Kaden wakes up he asks for something to eat. Usually its something like cereal or granola bar. I got him up the other day and he says "Mom, I want a sucker" I said "How about some cereal?" Kaden says "OK" I set him down and we start walking to the kitchen. He turns around and says "cereal and a sucker."

5. While combing through my hair Kinley says "Mom, why do you have chocolate in your hair?" After I stopped laughing I tried to explain that it was time for mommy to get her hair colored again.

4. Today is the last day of boards for Jordon. Hip Hip Hooray!

3. On the airplane to AZ Kinley says "Mom, I am so happy my grandma does not have a pool, then you can't make me wear my floaties and swim."

2. How many times I heard "Are you alone?" when I was on the airplane with three kids by myself. It was actually a very easy flight, I was very lucky.

1. This is one of Kinleys best....Kinley had found some money on the floor. She was showing Jordon, so he tried to teach her a penny is worth one cent and a dime is worth ten cents. She had twenty two cents. After a few mintues of this, Kinley says "Dad, I don't speak spanish, I will just call it money."

hey, i know i've been meaning to write you. I love your top tens. Who knew in a matter of years you could write your own deep thoughts book! Your kids sound hilarious. So you are moving huh, its hard to beat the bay area, but i know you guys were cramped. Unless you have a few million, it probably is more on the sucky spectrum with three kids. You're crazy by the way (the kid thing) you totally passed me up! Good luck with everything in Prescott. Maybe we will run into you there sometime....:) I'm glad to hear from you!
