It used to be my job as a kid to keep an eye on the zucchini in the garden. I would go out there one day and it would be this little plant with pickle-sized little squash... and the next day all the zucchini would be three feet long!
Enjoy the zucchini pasta, zucchini bread, zucchini quiche, etc. yet to come.
That thing is huge! I think that would feed your entire family. :)
